Encoder signal sampling oscillation
In the facilities needing line synchronization, an encoder pulse signal is available for facilities breaking off.
It gets and outputs an input encoder pulse and can usually output oscillation pulses at the frequency that I sampled just before in a reshuffling signal timing.

Time measurement frequency oscillation between two points
In the facilities needing line synchronization, it is available for the facilities which I cannot attach the encoder to.
By the result that located a sensor in two places, and performed a frequency operation from the passage time between two points,
I can output an oscillation pulse.
